10 Things We Love 10.10.11

1New Arrivals

We just got in some gorgeous new arrivals – perfect for all of your Fall and Winter events. We added Elie Tahari and Daniel Vosovic (Project Runway veteran!) and remember, you can reserve dresses up to 6 months in advance!

2RTR Hackathon

Our fabulous tech team held a “hackathon” starting Thursday at 6 PM and ending Friday at 5 PM. These talented techies worked through the night for a team building exercise and were even in high spirits come Friday night!

3Chicago Marathon

AJ ran the Chicago marathon this weekend – and we couldn’t be more proud! She ran for Halie’s Comets, a wonderful organization that benefits a young girl who lost her father.

4Apple Picking

Lauren went hiking and apple picking this weekend in Warwick, NY and despite the warm weather this Fall activity was a perfect way to spend the weekend!

5Florence + The Machine

Megan loves the new Florence + The Machine single “Shake it Out”. The uber talented group switches up their style with a new tone and the video is pretty amazing too.

6 Madeline Weinrib Rugs

After missing the gun on the One King’s Lane sale last week, Jenn spent 4 hours perusing through the Madeline Weinrib store-within-a-store at ABC Carpet and Home. She is probably going with the one below for her new apartment with her boyfriend – it combines each of their styles: classic and fun!

7Max Restaurant

Becky loves the Italian food and well priced pasta dishes at Max Restaurant in the East Village. We recommend the rigatoni with eggplant and mozzarella…yum!

8Summer Weather in October

The 80+ degree weather this weekend gave us one last warm weather hurrah before the cold really starts to sink in. Katie took the opportunity to get in one last summer activity – homemade sangria and rooftop lounging.

9Beyonce Countdown Video

We can’t stop watching Beyonce’s Countdown video. The art direction and editing is superb and so is B – as always!

10Imperial No. Nine

Alissa sported one of our newest Proenza Schouler dresses to a dinner at Imperial No. Nine. The gorgeous decor and tasty menu made for a memorable night, and post dinner she headed to Double Seven, a cool new lounge in the Meatpacking District.
