Katie loves this quaint West Village wine bar that has some of the best tapas in the city. The warm gorgonzola-stuffed dates are other worldly and their plates are perfect for sharing.
Chondita and some friends enjoyed Mister Sunday, a weekly outdoor party in Gowanus. Rain? No problem. Just grab a 16 oz iced sangria and hop on the dance floor. They even had the Michael Jackson and Hugh Grant hand stamps to prove it.
4 Portland, Maine
Jenny was in Portland, Maine for a wedding this weekend and discovered all the best that it has to offer – including chocolate covered bacon and watermelon fudge!

5 Terroir Tribeca
Not once, but twice this week, Christina found herself at Terroir, a sassy little winebar in the heart of Tribeca that boasts a selection of refreshing summer Rieslings at absurdly reasonable prices. Iron Chef contender Marco Canora is responsible for the menu, which contains a veal and ricotta meatball sandwich that will literally seduce you at the first bite.
6White Water Rafting
Erica went white water rafting this weekend in the Poconos – perfect end of summer activity!
7Geek Chic
Our fabulous engineers just got brand new 30″ dell monitors and are super excited. To paraphrase Anna Wintour, “Geek is chic.”
8 Warm Up
Natasha went to Warm Up this Saturday — the outdoor music event held every summer Saturday at MoMA PS1 — and it was amazing. They have a great line-up of DJs, admission is only $15 and it is held on site at the MoMA’s contemporary art exhibition space. It’s only on for another two Saturdays so definitely worth checking out before Labor Day!
9 OPI – Touring America
Megan loves the newest OPI collection, “Touring America” especially the new dark blue “Road House Blues”. Every color is related to a specific city and has a story with it. Perfect for fall!
